Radon Test Kit Request – Western UP Health Department

The health department offers free testing kits so you can easily test Radon levels in your home. The test lasts for a minimum of 3 days and you simply mail the kit to the address provided. Please complete and submit the following form and someone will contact you with instructions on when and where to pick up your kit.

You must be a resident of Baraga, Gogebic, Houghton, Keweenaw, or Ontonagon counties to request a test kit through Western UP Health Department. If you do not reside in one of these counties, please contact your local health department for availability.
