Certified Professional Food Manager Course

Fixed food service establishments and special transitory food units must employ a Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) onsite. To receive certification as a CPFM, an individual must complete 8 hours of classroom education and must pass a nationally standardized exam.
Registration at 8:15 am, Central Time
Course is from 8:30 am — 4:30 pm
Exam begins at 4:30, please allow 2 hours
Cost: $125, which includes class, exam, and textbook
